# Points

The Points and Contribution Rewards module is the foundational value-distribution engine designed to incentivize verifiable ecosystem creation across the OURS platform (`ours.meme`) on the open, EVM-compatible Robinhood Chain (Chain ID: 4663).

Rejecting vanity clicker bots, arbitrary Sybil scorecards, and speculative off-chain points, OURS indexes authentic on-chain activities—trading, deploying, graduating, and referring—alongside high-signal cultural output through an independent Content Mining System. These verified actions convert programmatically into protocol equity ($OURS) allocated directly from the immutable 50% Behavior & Content Mining Pool (500M tokens).

### 1. Core Principles & Accounting Boundaries

* Contribution Records Are Not Tokens: Points represent cryptographic contribution metrics and do not equal liquid $OURS tokens. They have no fixed exchange rate or static peg (e.g., frontend displays are dynamic estimates; there is no rigid "1 USD volume = 1 point" ratio).
* Strict Separation of Capital Pools: Platform genesis supplies, fundraising escrow, project-level creator fees, and platform fee revenues reside in isolated smart contracts. Contribution mining rewards operate out of dedicated ledgers without intermingling with trading reserves, bonding curves, or protocol-owned liquidity (POL).
* Non-Custodial "Pull" Architecture: All token distributions adhere to a trustless pull-claim model. Eligible participants claim accrued $OURS directly from the My OURS dashboard into their private Web3 wallets, eliminating centralized push transfers, batch vulnerabilities, and custodial hold-ups.

### 2. Dual-Track Recognized Contribution Vectors

The protocol quantifies ecosystem contribution across two distinct tracks: On-Chain Behavior and Independent Content Mining.

| **Contribution Vector** | **Activity Scope & Accounting** | **Boundary & Verification Rules** |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Trading Volume | Gross settled swap turnover across Phase 0 curves and Phase 2 Uniswap v4 pools (including 190+ Robinhood Stock Tokens). | Evaluated strictly via confirmed block receipts. Wash trades, circular self-swaps, and zero-slippage bot loops are scrubbed. |
| Launch Milestones | Deploying authentic community tokens via `LaunchFactory`. | Requires verified social metadata and active curve trading; empty, malicious, or spam deployments receive zero points. |
| Graduation Volume | Driving bonding curves to 100% capacity and completing Uniswap v4 migration. | Multi-project graduations accumulate perpetually for creators and primary volume contributors. |
| Single-Tier Referrals | Onboarding new wallets that execute trades or reach pool graduation milestones. | Governed by an immutable single-tier on-chain binding; attributed strictly to verified invitee transactions. |
| Independent Content Mining | Producing platform tutorials, video walkthroughs, viral memes, deep research, and driving verified real-user onboarding. | Rewarded strictly on verified impact and objective quality reviews—scrubbing bots, vanity engagement, and Sybil networks. |

### 3. Reward Funding Architecture & Epoch Settlement

Contribution points convert into claimable $OURS tokens through the protocol's dedicated genesis mining reserve:

#### 1. Genesis Allocation (50% of Total Supply)

* 500,000,000 $OURS is locked in the `MiningDistributor` contract at deployment.
* Tokens are released dynamically based on ecosystem growth, maintaining long-term incentives for volume drivers and cultural builders without diluting circulating holders through unannounced mints.

#### 2. Epoch Distribution Formulation

Within each settlement cycle (epoch), eligible rewards calculate programmatically relative to verified contribution points:

$$R\_{\text{epoch}, i} = B\_{\text{epoch}} \times \frac{P\_i}{\sum\_{j=1}^{N} P\_j}$$

Where:

* $$R\_{\text{epoch}, i}$$: Liquid$OURS reward allocated to participant $$i$$ for the epoch.
* $$B\_{\text{epoch}}$$: Total$OURS mining budget designated for the active epoch.
* $$P\_i$$: Valid contribution points accumulated by participant $$i$$ across behavior and content tracks.
* $$\sum\_{j=1}^{N} P\_j$$: Total verified points across all eligible network participants.

#### 3. Synergistic Yield via the 48 / 16 / 16 / 20 Flywheel

Claimed $OURS rewards can be held to unlock secondary cash flows from the platform's 30% net fee revenue:

* 💰 16% Holder Dividend Pool: Unlocks quote asset dividends (ETH, USDC, stock tokens) with an accelerated 1.2x streak boost for the first 14 continuous holding days ($$W\_i = B\_i + \Delta(D\_i)$$).
* 🔥 48% $OURS Buyback & Burn: Compounding deflation permanently shrinks the circulating supply, boosting the scarcity of earned tokens.
* 🚀 16% Graduated Meme Buyback & Burn: Platform buy pressure deepens Phase 2 pools, sustaining trading volume for future mining cycles.

### 4. Anti-Sybil Standards & Volume Scrubbing

To protect genuine builders, traders, and creators, the indexing engine enforces defensive verification:

* Self-Referral & Clustered Wallet Exclusion: On-chain graph analysis detects and disqualifies circular volume and self-referrals between secondary addresses funded by the same root wallet.
* Wash-Trading Scrubbing: Synthetic volume generated through zero-slippage self-trades, circular cross-swaps, and automated bot loops is scrubbed from rewarded metrics.
* Protocol Action Exemption: Internal protocol operations—including automated 48/16/16/20 flywheel buybacks, protocol-owned liquidity (POL) seeding, and manual claim interactions—generate zero contribution points.
* Reorg & Finality Protection: Point attributions settle strictly upon final block confirmations on Robinhood Chain. In the event of an EVM block reorganization, unconfirmed records roll back automatically to preserve accounting integrity.

### 5. Non-Custodial Claims & Execution Responsibilities

All settlements execute through verified smart contracts without centralized approval gates or custodial delays:

| **Operation** | **Executing Actor** | **State Transition & Rights** | **Gas Fee Payer** |
| ------------------------- | --------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------- |
| Trading & Accruing Points | Trader / Participant | Standard on-chain swap emitting indexed trade events. | Initiating User |
| Publishing Merkle Root | Protocol Keeper / Multi-Sig | Commits verified epoch score tree; cannot modify or redirect balances. | Protocol Relayer Path |
| Claiming $OURS Rewards | Reward Beneficiary | Submits cryptographic Merkle proof to withdraw tokens to wallet. | Claiming User (Self-Paid) |

> Self-Sovereign Gas Execution: Smart contract vaults holding reward tokens cannot execute gas-subsidized meta-transactions. Users must maintain sufficient native Robinhood Chain ETH to cover network gas when claiming rewards.
